LLM Application Engineer

You will build applications on top of large language models: retrieval over client data, agent workflows that complete real tasks, and the guardrails and evaluation that keep them trustworthy.

What you will do

  • Build RAG pipelines and agent workflows against client data
  • Design prompt and context strategies, and measure them properly
  • Implement guardrails, evaluation harnesses and regression suites
  • Integrate LLM features into existing products and workflows

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years software engineering, with shipped LLM features
  • Strong Python or TypeScript
  • Practical experience with vector search and embeddings
  • Healthy scepticism about demos that have not been evaluated

Nice to have

  • Fine-tuning and model distillation
  • Streaming and low-latency inference
