Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

A hybrid of engineer and consultant. You embed with a client team, learn their workflow properly, and build AI capability into it — closing the gap between what a model can do and what the business needs.
What you will do
- Embed with client teams to map workflows and find high-value automation
- Prototype quickly, then harden what proves itself
- Run demos, workshops and handover so the client can operate it
- Feed real-world findings back into our delivery practice
What we are looking for
- 4+ years engineering with direct client or stakeholder exposure
- Comfortable building end to end: data, backend and a usable interface
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally
