AI/ML Engineer

You will build and ship machine learning systems for client teams — recommendation, forecasting, document understanding and classification — and own the evaluation that proves they work before anyone depends on them.
What you will do
- Design, train and deploy ML models against real client data
- Build evaluation sets and offline/online metrics before launch
- Productionise models with monitoring, retraining and rollback paths
- Work directly with client stakeholders to frame the problem
What we are looking for
- 4+ years building ML systems that reached production
- Strong Python and one of PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with feature pipelines and model serving
- Able to explain trade-offs to a non-technical audience
Nice to have
- MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI)
