Data Scientist

You will work with client teams to frame business questions as analytical ones, build the models that answer them, and communicate the findings clearly enough that a non-technical stakeholder can make a decision on them.
What you will do
- Frame business problems as measurable analytical questions
- Build statistical and machine learning models on client data
- Design experiments and quantify uncertainty honestly
- Present findings and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in applied data science
- Strong Python, SQL and the standard modelling stack
- Solid grounding in statistics and experiment design
- Able to explain a model's limits as clearly as its results
Nice to have
- Forecasting or causal inference
- Cloud ML platforms
